The First Time

Everyone will have their first time, no matter what they do or experience. Before anyone had get used to something, he must first experience the first time doing it. For example, a professional sky diver will have his own experience sky diving for the first time.

I recently had just scratched my car accidentally to some obstacle while driving through a small alley. At that time I felt a slight force pushing me away and a loud sound, my brain is immediately blanked and I felt nervous that very moment. Luckily i managed to calm myself down and parked my car beside and checked on the sides. I do not know how to explain my feeling in words that time, i was so worried about what my parents reaction when they know i scratched the car. Luckily, my parents didn't scolded me but instead told me to drive carefully next time.

This was my first time scratching it after about 9 months having my car license. I was counted very lucky because among my friends, most of them already caused a lot of scratches to their cars. I was so called the record holder for 'the nicest car owner' until that day.

As a conclusion, please drive carefully always.

Meet Your Meat

I watched the video "Meet Your Meat" yesterday. I watched it at youtube since the video screen size at peta.org is very small. The way human treat animals are so cruel, they beat and hurt the animals like nobody business. I only watched how the chicken is farmed and killed at my friends place. I forgot its title but more or less is called 'the fouls dinner' .It totally 'killed' my appetite to eat meat anymore. I didnt expect the animals are so pity whearas the people find ways to save costs and maximising profits on abusing the animals.

These are the abuse done by the people before slaughtering them or during the process of slaughtering.

Turkeys : They hit the sick turkeys by iron rods and leave them there.The turkeys cant walk or fly properly due to their bones and legs cant support their weight. They were given hormones to speed up their growth and cause their bones cant support their weight gained overtime. The injured turkeys were then be taken to slaughter after 6 hours leaving them to suffer.

Chicken : Chicken are mostly abuseed by people. They share the same abuse with the turkeys but more worst, they are caged in a small and dark area. The egg laying chickens had thier beaks cut off by hot blades to prevent hurting each other in the small and cramped cage. The chickens were killed alive by having their troat sliced off.

Cattle : They are castrated alive and have their horn chopped off. They are also been branded without pain killers. The cattle are slaughtered by slicing thier troat and also skinned alive.

Dairy cows : Their are treated as milk machine. They are hooked up to machine few times a day hurting them. Most of them are unable to walk normally and require people to drag them to trucks. Dairy cows are mainly used for hamburgers. Their offsprings are separated few hours they were born.

Pigs : They are not able to move. The only time they can breath fresh air is when they are sent to slaughter houses. Baby pigs have their teeth and tails chopped off and custrated alive without painkillers. Pigs which are growing slowly are killed by being slammed head first on the concrete floor. Those who cant make it alive to the slaughterhouse will be killed by shooting a bolt using a boltgun. They are also be beaten using metal rods. They too had their troat sliced alive or burned alive for skin removal.

After watching the video, i feel that the farmers should not abuse the animals. They should use other methods or at least reduce to abuse the animals. I cant stop eating meat but i will reduce eating it when ever i can.

Beauty contest should be banned.

Beauty contest also known as beauty pageant. It is an competition event mainly but not entirely based on physical beauty of its contestants but also the talent and personality of its contestants. So many beauty contest are held all around the world since 1854 till today. some of the example are miss universe, miss world, etc

In my opinion, beauty contest should be banned. It sets bad example for youngsters. Most of the contestants have to wear bikini or other similar clothes during contest. They show out too much of their body to others. Furthermore, spending time in a beauty contest is a waste of time. The contestants can do other more meaningful jobs than just finding ways to be beauty. Apart from that, they also need to use big amount of money to buy products to keep themselves beauty. They are also willing to suffer just to look beauty. Besides, organizing a beauty contest also use up a big amount of money. Therefore, beauty contest should be banned.
